The Client Trainer is a key role in the (COMPANY NAME) Organisation The primary responsibility is to increase satisfaction and retention of our customers by delivering training and specialised support on our financial desktop applications.
Role and Responsabilities
* Managing actively a portfolio of clients by pro-actively contacting the end-users of our financial desktop applications through regular phone calls, client visits and workshops.
* Identify client risk and opportunities and work closely with the account teams in order to maintain and further develop client satisfaction and retention
* Delivering one-to-one, classroom and online trainings relevant to the client needs and workflow to make sure end users get the most out of our products
* Optimize the use and integration of (COMPANY NAME) data according to the client's operational needs and assist in te roll out and upgrade of products
* Communicate new functionality and content on a regular basis to end users.
* Increase constantly market and product knowledge
Candidate Requirements:
* First experience in the Financial Industry or with a Financial Data Provider.
* Excellent service and relationship skills.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Very good knowledge of the financial market.
* Strong Interest in technology and software.
* Fluent in French and English.
* Graduate degree in business or finance or equivalent work experience
