Job Description:

1)Summary
You will report to the Sales & Marketing Manager. Your responsibilities will involve creating and maintaining contacts with customers and partners, both potential and current. You will work closely with the Web marketing team as well as with the development team.
2)Details
As Sales & Marketing Assistant you will, amongst other things:
Field calls and web contacts throughout the partner network
Follow-up prospects, customers and partners (email campaigns, surveys, promotions, …)
Be responsible for after sale and partner assistance
Assist in the development of our worldwide partner network
Assist in creating marketing tools (videos, brochures, ppt, …)
Represent the company at various events (trade fairs, seminars, …)

Candidate Requirements:

1)Languages
English: Perfectly fluent. This is an absolute requirement!
French: fluent
Working knowledge of other languages is a bonus
2)Marketing skills
Over the course of your professional career, you have acquired experience in:
Sales of software
Web marketing
Online sales
Indirect sales
Networking
Telemarketing
Experience in one or several of these fields is a bonus: planning software / ERP / project management
3)Other required skills
