Job Description:
General Summary Individual contributors responsible for selling (COMPANY NAME)'s products and services (via telephone, web, or e-mail) to global customers with the target to enhance the solution mix/penetration Key Tasks/Responsibilities · Identifies customer needs/requirements and recommends/quotes appropriate (COMPANY NAME) Enterprise products/solutions and service offerings. May be an enterprise specialist (Networking, Servers, Storage, Services). · Acts as a technical resource to support the sales organization to meet and/or exceed their objectives. · Regular documentation of solution bids · Works with Systems Consultants to quote and sell complex enterprise products/solutions. · Focuses on passionate delivery of a positive and rewarding customer experience according to (COMPANY NAME) standards. · Specific use of enterprise test-/seed units · Information sharing with Marketing, Sales and Field Sales · Stays up to date on new product technology offerings. · Assists in the on-going technical education/development of the team. · Support the preparation of a customer-assigned account plan · Support international solution bids
Candidate Requirements:
Knowledge and Skills · Viewed as a trusted technical advisor to the customer and uses in-depth knowledge of (COMPANY NAME)'s Enterprise technology, products and services to help customers formulate strategy and direction. · Utilizes strategic probing to identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative business solutions. · Analyzes multiple market factors to both anticipate/identify customer problems/needs and recommends appropriate solution. · Engages cross functional resources, regardless of geographic location, in order to achieve goal/meet customer needs. · Effectively prioritizes multiple demands while ensuring customer needs are met. · Effectively balances short term and long term priorities. · Keeps account team up to speed on new enterprise products/services and how they can benefit from them. · Models effective team behavior. · Excellent verbal and communication skills in Dutch, French & English · Good market and industry skills · Strong analytical and communicative skills
Experience · 5-7 years of work/sales experience. · 3-5 years of related, industry or segment experience-sustained/proven performance. · Experience with IT-infrastructure solutions
