Job Description:

The purpose of the (COMPANY NAME) EqualLogic Storage Specialist heads is to increase (COMPANY NAME) revenue and margin through the sale of (COMPANY NAME) | EqualLogic Products. These individuals will be Technical Sales champions and will ultimately be deployed at a Segment or Country level depending on the size of the geography. In the immediate term, the location of (COMPANY NAME) EqualLogic storage specialists will be mapped according to existing (COMPANY NAME) EMC storage specialists on the assumption that a level of optimisation has already taken place in respect of EMC storage opportunities. As a supporting role to an existing sales team the aim of the (COMPANY NAME) EqualLogic specialists' is to add value to the existing sales structure with superior knowledge of EqualLogic product, customers and relationship.

Job Specifications 
* Sales specialist for all (COMPANY NAME) EqualLogic related products i.e. they should focus on hardware and services revenue, including (COMPANY NAME) ICS services such as Storage and Virtualisation assessments Drive specific Sales and Marketing activity including Call Blitzs.
* Work with (COMPANY NAME) Sales Management to drive (COMPANY NAME) EqualLogic revenue, including the regular running of Quarterly Business Reviews
* The target revenue will reflect the (COMPANY NAME) target
* Balancing the business across all segments specifically including Account Mapping
* Achieve agreed sales targets at target margin
* Complete APOS and Call Blitz reporting
* Establish and drive contact with sales and sales management at all levels within (COMPANY NAME)
* Support customer sales opportunities, presentations and technical/commercial negotiations
* Liaise with Storage CoC force to ensure a clear go to market strategy for (COMPANY NAME) with minimum Channel conflict
* Formulate sales plans. Drive, maintain account strategies for agreed opportunities and segments
* Develop and implement programmes and education to increase sales of (COMPANY NAME) / EqualLogic product in conjunction with (COMPANY NAME) Sales and Marketing  (COMPANY NAME) Offers

Candidate Requirements:

Competencies 
* Degree qualification preferred, HBO or University 
* 8-10 years proven track record of complex face to face selling skills
* 2 years experience of Direct Sales and Solutions Sales within the Storage market
* Good knowledge of Storage
* Good knowledge of the Dutch and English knowledge
* Excellent communication skills
* Result driven
