Responsibilities:

Managing all aspects of HTS ((COMPANY NAME) Technology Solutions) processes, Six Sigma, Excellence and Lean initiatives including:

* Designing, developing and deploying robust processes for all projects/programs
* Engineering Quality definition/compliance/training, Support function quality for Overall locations of HTS CZ
* Define/review/pilot/drive the processes and practices by bringing in the integrated approach of Six Sigma, DFSS, TSP/PSP tools and techniques
* Drive world class Quality/Process excellence competencies with metrics based mgmt and data models
* Audit management of processes in line with CMMI level 5 frame work
* Ensuring corrective and preventive actions are in place for identified non-conformances
* Facilitating six sigma projects and trainings across the organization
* Leading and motivating a team of QA managers/engineers
* Interacting with all Business directors for bringing process improvements to improve Quality, Productivity and Delivery
* Designing, developing and maintaining Quality standards - ISO ITIL, ISO, CMMi, Information Systems and Security
* Developing road map for upgrading quality systems of HTS
* Interacting with professional bodies for getting HTSL processes certified under various quality systems. Track the business needs for certification and drive the organization towards the same
* Development and Deployment of Lean Culture in the Organization
* Benchmarking with industry for continuous improvement

Candidate Requirements:

Requirements:

* An Engineering degree
* Minimum 5  yrs of relevant work-experience
* Preferably from companies implemented CMMi practices and Six Sigma initiatives
* Green Belt/Black Belt certified is preferred
* Worked in Quality Assurance function extensively from Hardware/Software Product design companies.
* Experience in auditing is essential
* Working in close conjunction with global teams is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to develop and apply analytical frameworks depending on strategic / business requirements
