Sap project manager

* execute a sap system deployment (r/3 ecc 6.0)
* create and follow sap implementation plan
* lead the deployment team
* manage business process governance
  * identify and mitigate program level risks
  * be main interface between leadership team &  functional leaders
* ensure sap project meets time and cost goals
  * drive sap business plan that provides for business transformation
  * ensure integration of the sap system with other solutions
* clearly ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements,  etc
  * achieve highly effective implementations that meet business expectations

Candidate Requirements:

Position requirements               
  * fluent in spoken and written english and czech
* experience with sap global template rollouts
* leadership for at least two sap full lifecycle deployments in complex businesses
* strong program management skills in using implementation methodologies and business analysis tools.
* university degree in an analytic field such as engineering, business management, or computer science
* excellent hands-on skill with microsoft office tools including ms project
* a balanced mix of skills - driver, facilitator, detail level executor.
* ability to make decisions under time constraints often taking calculated risks
* capable of making informed decisions when all information is not present
* excellent team player skills, with strong oral and written communication skill
  * ability to communicate and coordinate activities across many tasks
* ability to create and follow a plan relentlessly

* experience directing large groups of multi-national resources working at multiple locations
* experience in cooperation with india highly desired
* willingness to travel up to 25% globally

this position is for 11 months contract (jan 2010 to nov 2010) with high probablity for extension.
