Job Description:

This role is open within the IT Solutions and Services (ITSS) organisation - a (COMPANY NAME) IT expert organisation. Job location is in Brno, however you will be part of global IT team and have daily interaction with locations abroad. This position will have primary responsibility for EMEA / APAC regional anti-virus operations via the McAfee Security Product Suite, in support of the Dell AV Operations team. This position will report to the Manager of Global Anti-Virus Operations and dotted line to the Director of IT Workplace Support EMEA.

Responsibilities:
·        Be a main focal point for all McAfee Product Suite  issues and escalations
·        Extensive communication with internal customers as well as supplier

Responsibilities in area of Supplier relationship and internal customer relationship:
·        Drive supplier to plan, execute efficient delivery of products and services
·        Monitor daily Problem Incidents and Escalations to ensure internal customer satisfaction.
·        Interact with Supplier Technical Level 3 on behalf of Users as required.
·        Effective management of Problem Incident and Site Assessment data and reporting systems
·        Publish technical articles for Users on intranet

Candidate Requirements:

Qualifications:
·        University education preferably in IT area
·        3  years Incident/Problem Management experience
·        Fluent in both written and spoken English is a must
·        Desktop / network support related job background is key
·        Working knowledge on networking fundamentals
·        Working knowledge on Operating System fundamentals
·        Working knowledge of ITIL terms and concepts 
·        Working knowledge of MS Office tools: Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Access
·        Communication skills, strong presentation skills and ability to interact at all organizational levels
·        International and/or global corporation experience
·        Specialization in Microsoft Active Directory domain is a plus
·        Experience with the McAfee Security Product Suite is a plus
