Job Description:

Overall Responsibilities:
The Program Management Engineer (PE) position is a vital part of (COMPANY NAME)'s program management system.  A PE person will work closely with one or more Technical  Project Managers (PI)  and Project Planning & Control (PP&C) staff of  major programs to:
·        Manage proposal activities including support of Business Development 
·        Administrative project lead of running projects including interface to shared functions like Business Development, Pricing, Finance, Contract, Auditor, Supplier, Customer.

Examples of Specific Responsibilities:
1.        Proposal Manger of new pursuit activities
·        Pay to day management of pursuit team
·        Setup infrastructure for proposal activities
·        Provide coordination with other partners for proposal documents
·        Provide all required documents for Proposal submission
2.      Administrative Project Management 
* Negation for programmatic activities with other project members in coordination with PI
* Setup project infrastructure (SAP, MS Projects, ..)
* Participate in creating program resource plans (personnel and funding)
* Participate in creating program Risk Management and Change Management plans
* Do monthly analyses of cost and schedule performance.
* Day-to-day management of PP&C team  3.      Adjusting Program Plans 
* Participate in root-cause analyses of program issues and recommendations for corrective action.
* Coordinate estimation and forecasting processes for program re-plans, risk management activities, and change requests.
* Prepare reports for Program Management Review  Management of  financial audit preparation

Candidate Requirements:

Qualifications:
1.      Education & Training (e.g. special degree or certificate)
·        University degree
·        Minimum of 2 year experience in a similar position
·        Certification as Program Management Professional (PMP) is desired.
2.      Special skills (e.g. language, computer literacy etc...) 
* Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project is required.
* Must be a strong communicator, proficient in English, both spoken and written.
* Experience with SAP Project Systems is desired
