Provide strategic HR support to management to Site Management in Denmark.
Manage and support the following processes: * Recruitment and Selection * Resource planning * Employee development * Performance Management * Leadership & Succession Planning * Grading & Benchmarking * Support change management initiatives * Talent management * Employee surveys and follow up actions * Provide coaching and development support to the leadership teams and complement HR Generalist service provided to RCS employees in Denmark as required, e.g. labor legislation knowledge and preparation of international assignments. Key Accountabilities: * Develop annual HR Strategy for DK in cooperation with the leadership team. * Provide HR Partnership support to DK management on an ongoing basis. * Manage and drive HR processes like Recruitment, Talent management, Performance Management, role grading. Provide HR Generalist service as required in cooperation with the Shared Service organization. * Analyze development needs in the DK and manage effective learning & development process for employees based in DK. * If appropriate, source suitable training solution to meet development needs in cooperation with SSO. * Advise on HR issues and act on labor relation issues according to laws and internal practices
Candidate Requirements:
Background: * Relevant degree * Professional experience as HR Manager or HR Business Partner * Up-to-date knowledge and experience in key HR processes like sourcing / recruitment, Danish employment law, learning & development, performance management, succession planning, organization development * Demonstrates (COMPANY NAME) Leadership Profile at Manager level * Fluent in Danish and English * MS office user skills * Flexibility for business travel * This role is part- time
