(COMPANY NAME) Transportation in Copenhagen, Denmark are recruiting for a Project Administrator

A world-leading manufacturer of innovative transportation solutions, from regional aircraft and business jets to rail transportation equipment, (COMPANY NAME) Inc. is a global corporation headquartered in Canada. We are the world leaders in Train manufacturing and servicing and the third largest in the world for aerospace, and as such we are looking for world class team members to join one of our growing offices based in Copenhagen, Denmark. This RCS division of (COMPANY NAME) has a large number of projects that are run from this office which has led to this vacancy becoming available.

The role of regional project administrator will be supporting the relevant core teams for the specific customers and overall the will be responsible for the administration and coordination support within the region 2 project management office.

The main responsibilities: 
* Office management
* Customer communication system management
* Meeting organization
* Travel planning and booking
* Tool support and maintenance of the different project databases in an efficient and structured way according to project needs.
* Customer support
* Project support as and when required  The role may contain additional responsibilities such as project accounting and cost control depending on the applicant's knowledge of financial and accounting principals

Candidate Requirements:

Key skills: 
* Documented experience of working within a project environment
* Customer focus, with the ability to take all necessary actions to ensure committed deliveries
* Result-minded with problem solving skills
* Knowledge of financial and accounting principals would be a benefit
* Good organizational skills
* Good communication skills
* Integrity, honesty and reliability
* Fluent in Danish and English  This role is essentially a general administration position which will involve full administrative support and duties, it is essential that you are able to speak English as 50% of the language will be conducted in English to support the overseas projects, this will include written documentation.
