responsible for the management of a public customers portfolio in france by developing partnerships and through the coordination of internal sales, snp operations and software publishers. responsible for increasing software penetration, customer satisfaction and sales growth for short and long term results.

job specifications
to increase solutions sales volume through direct sales effort
formulate strategic account plans with clear objectives, actions, owners and sales targets
to develop appropriate multilevel relationships with publishers
to present customer demonstrations and presentations
to provide input to senior management on customers and competitive trends
to call on accounts alone, with sales manager, solution sales manager and/ executive sponsorship, including efficient time management skills to ensure weekly visit target is met
to provide technical and administrative product information and appropriate prices
to take ownership for any customer issues within account base, escalating as appropriate
manage accounts and ensure that they are kept informed of any changes within (COMPANY NAME), including processes, services, products and solutions
to maintain a reliable weekly  sales forecast summary, also providing a clear indication of potential business both quarterly and beyond

Candidate Requirements:

Competencies
Prefer Bachelor's degree or equivalent
3-5 years proven track record of complex face to face selling skills
Ability to interact and negotiate with Key decision makers within an organization
Good organizational and time management skills are highly desirable
Self-starter capable of working on your own initiative
Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
Previous experience of selling within the IT market preferred
Previous experience of within the Public sector preferred
Previous experience with European tenders is preferred
