Job Description:
Outside sales executive channel - eastern region
individual contributors responsible for selling (COMPANY NAME)'s full product and service lines (face-to-face) to new and existing customers in the channel. solution and relationship focused.
principal duties and responsibilities:
achieve sales revenue quota objectives (revenue, margin and solutions/enterprise targets) consistently on a quarterly based compensation plan in support of adriatic regional growth objectives.
has a strong understanding of customer needs; uses customer feedback and leverages cross-functional team to improve sales/customer experience
assists business unit in establishing effective measurements for overall customer experience takes ownership of difficult and demanding account situations that may impact the relationship with the client
strives to 'get it right the first time every time' when addressing customer activities (proposals, bids, quotes, orders?)
builds and maintains a strong working relationship within account set based on trust and respect and professional sales skills.
regularly visit and work closely with the partners to secure development pro-actively overcomes difficult challenges that interfere with getting the job done and does not experience customer escalations.
works with marketing on developing effective campaigns, promotions, and incentives to consistently achieve business objectives and increase demand.
rapidly adapts sales plans to incorporate new product and service offerings in support of expanding (COMPANY NAME)'s market portfolio acceptance. example: sells key contacts on benefits of new products and services.
as part of a channel markets team, the selected candidate will work closely with channel, partners, and marketing to ensure effectiveness of the channel programme
Candidate Requirements:
Act as point of contact with nominated partners Act as point of contact for business development with country sales leaders Develop and implement partner program strategies Manage the communication with partners Be an important "go to" person for the key channel partners to ensure they are supported in the best possible way Drive opportunity meetings with partners to ensure desired results
Qualifications and competencies Detailed knowledge of key indirect sales channels and target partner set Proven sales track record, ideally in selling solutions and services Results orientated Multi level relationship building Good team work and leadership Creative ability
