During your internship, you will be working on specific tasks and projects for our Italian market, especially in the fields of Customer Service, Customer Relationship, Market Research and Sales & Account Management. 

The position is located in Düsseldorf, Germany. It is available from February 2010 for 4 up to 6 months or longer. 

Responsibilities:

 Answering customers' inquiries via email through our web-based CRM software
 Creating and updating help content
 Doing research and competitor analysis for the Italian market 
 Assisting in Customer Satisfaction measures
 Support Seller acquisition campaigns and account management
 Administrative tasks

Candidate Requirements:

Qualifications:

 Student about to graduate or graduated within the last year
 Italian as your mother tongue with profound command of the Italian language (grammar, spelling, style etc.), native speaker required
 Advanced English level
 Good communication and organisational skills 
 Experienced with computer and MS Office 
 Good knowledge of the Internet and e-commerce 
 Open minded with a "hands-on" attitude
