Job Description:

Citi is the number 2 equities house in the world, we are still in a period of growth and expansion, both in terms of market share and also opening into new markets. a large factor in this success of this business line is in the quality of our technical platform primarily focusing on equities trading, risk management and middle office functions.

we are currently underway in our plans to replace our existing trading, risk management and middle office platforms with 3 new systems, comet is our new framework, primo is our new middle office system and razor our new risk management application.

we are currently looking for a number of experienced .net developers to join our razor development team to work in development a suite of services that will form part of our razor application.

razor is a modern service oriented system, already in use by all our traders in the emea region and will soon be released globally.

technically, razor is a service oriented architecture and uses the following technologies

.net 3.5. c#, (windows forms)
                web services (wcf/soap)
                click once deployment
                mssql 2005 and 2008
                gemfire caching technology

functionally, each razor service comes with its own user interface, service layer, server side component and database and expose interfaces to the following risk management functions.

yield curve services
                dividends
                position management
                reference data services
volatility surface services
security and entitlement services

we are currently planning which new services we will build and release in 2010
