Job purpose:

monitor and report on the accuracy of information in the archibus space & occupancy module for the crs europe middle east and africa (emea) through the development of data integrity rules applicable to all aspects of information contained with the archibus system managed by staff in london and manila. provide support to the charging process as required.

job background/context:

(COMPANY NAME) realty services (crs) is a division of (COMPANY NAME) operations & technology (o&t), providing real estate support services to all (COMPANY NAME) businesses. crs is dedicated to provide all (COMPANY NAME) businesses with premises that are cost effective, safe, productive and valued by our customers as a strategic partner in their successes and by our employees. the space and occupancy team is an integral part of the asset management group, which is a shared, central resource providing space planning and other functional expertise to support crs across the emea region.

key responsibilities:

lead crs emea's data quality initiative and continuous improvement initiatives as they relate to the space and occupancy (s&o) information held in archibus and move management applications through: 
* developing "rules" against which to measure data quality,
* working with country teams to communicate these rules and provide training as required. 
* developing "new" rules to continuously improve data quality.
* overseeing and distributing final reports including space related data integrity monthly dashboards.  prepare space & occupancy related data including: 
* partnering with the space and occupancy (s&o) team to gather, monitor and report key s&o information.
* developing and maintaining summary dashboards of such things as space utilisation, occupation by business group and vacancy with the objective of ensuring accurate data collection and reporting of property related metrics.  -partnering with the mis manager and head of asset management for the design and creation of new reports as required by crs emea region -manage crs emea s&o sharepoint portal in line with global crs guidelines, managing strategy for the site and maintenance to optimise benefits for crs emea in terms of its use as a communication tool.
-liaise with space planners / moves team to ensure the archibus floor plans are up to date
-develop a detailed knowledge of the space charging process with the objective of providing cover for the existing s&o head.
-ensure the monthly s&o process deadlines are achieved, including;
-providing the asset managers with cost code to desk # xl files, along with pdfs of the latest s&o floor plans
-providing regional financial control with master export files for import into the cgics billing system
-providing hlf with space allocation data for import into the hardcat system for hardware charging.
-other s&o related tasks as directed by s&o head.

Candidate Requirements:

Knowledge/Experience: 
* Use of CAFM (ideally Archibus) for charging purposes essential
* Some data mining and reporting experience very highly desirable
* Understanding of the Moves management processes desirable. 
Skills: 
* MS Excel Advanced inc. Pivot tables, Macros
* Archibus v17.2
* Knowledge and understanding of customer service quality principles.
* Ability to extract and manipulate data  Candidates who do not meet the criteria but can demonstrate relevant experience may also be considered
