Job Description:
Candidates for this position will require experience in a back-office environment. The incumbent will have responsibility for a team of approximately 3/4 people. They will be expected to assume the duties and responsibilities of a client focused Team Leader. The role is within the centralised administration team, which looks after a number of tasks, including trade capture and validation, pricing oversight, MTM reporting and corporate action processing.
Main Duties and Responsibilities * Supervise the day-to-day activity of team * Schedule the work of the Team, matching resources to production requirements. * Review work prior to client release. * Liaise with internal and external clients. * Assist Team members with issues of a technical nature. * Identify system and procedural inefficiencies, make recommendations and oversee improvements. * Co-ordinate the integration of new business and functions into the Group. * Assist with performance reviews including objective setting, identifying development needs and career planning. * Participate in special projects (COMPANY NAME) Chase & Co.
