Job Description:

OracleDirect is our sales operations centre representing 25 countries across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In a truly multicultural environment, 350 talented professionals from throughout Europe interact in 20 different languages with current and future Oracle customers using latest Internet technologies. 

Oracle wishes to hire Flemish/Dutch Enterprise Hardware Sales Account Managers for its new Sun Internet hardware division. The successful candidate will sell Sun/Oracle hardware solutions to new and existing Enterprise clients in the Flemish/Dutch market. This exciting new opportunity is based in Oracle's EMEA sales operation in Dublin.


Responsibilities 
• Sells Sun/Oracle Hardware Products and Solutions via the Telephone and Internet
• Manages business pipeline, draws up account/territory management plan
• Maximizes hardware revenue from existing accounts, working in close and  active cooperation with Field Sales colleagues and Oracle Partners in the Flemish/Dutch territory
• Identifies, qualifies and establishes new accounts
• Works field sales force, partners and Sales programs team to plan and direct sales campaigns
• Assists customers to determine their current and future computing needs by giving them advice on appropriate computing technologies and IT trends
• Proposes products and upgrades
• Organizes and conducts sales presentations/product demonstrations online
• Drives and manages the full sales process

Candidate Requirements:

Personal skills and qualifications
• Fluency in English and Flemish/Dutch
• Proven track record in B2B solution sales environment
• Strong grounding in all aspects of professional selling especially
• Self motivated to continuously expand personal professional knowledge
• Professional with good organizational and planning and prioritization skills
• Strong communication and persuasive skills
• Third level education or equivalent experience
