Job Description:

Job purpose:
·        To manage the Enterprise Business of a Sales Team, managing the leads/activities of Account Managers to deliver the Enterprise Sales Number
·        The role involves profiling / quoting / closing enterprise sales opportunities and supporting individual team members to become more proficient at selling Servers, Storage (EMC) and Services (DPS)

Principal Duties and Accountabilities
·      Responsible for the Enterprise business for respective team
·      Identifies individual strengths and weaknesses and implements appropriate action plan
·      Design, and deliver responses to ad-hoc training requirements as requests arise
·      Identifying and influencing customer key decision makers
·      Possession of excellent consultation skills
·      Qualifying customer needs - profiling etc
·      Designing enterprise solutions that meet the required customer needs
·      The ability to close is an essential part of this role
·      Establish and develop customer relationships with appropriate customer contacts
·      Manage customer expectation and enhance customer experience
·      Present and demonstrate enterprise products and services to potential customers at trade shows and/or on-site
·      Support/coach individual team members to sell enterprise products and services
·      Complete ASG Foundation Courses Levels 1,2&3, pass ASG Associate Exam
·      Meeting with TL regularly to review team's performance
·      Champion Enterprise growth across their division

Candidate Requirements:

Maximize the Customer Experience
·      Work closely with appropriate resources within the segment to meet customer needs/resolve issues
·      Utilize all relevant administrative tools and processes that support the sales environment
·      Serve as the single point of contact for customer care issues; escalate issues when they can not be resolved quickly and efficiently; and communicate status to the customer - issues escalated to other departments
Meet and exceed customer expectations

Skill and Experience
·      Either a strong Sales or Technical background
·      Knowledge of Enterprise products, services, concepts, solutions e.g. SAN, DR, Recovery, Clustering, Migrations, NAS, Networking
·      Enterprise Software knowledge e.g. Microsoft, Oracle, Veritas, Legato, Linux
·      Industry knowledge i.e. competitive knowledge from either a sales or technical view
·      Comfortable dealing with Sales, Technical, Financial, Marketing i.e. cross-functional skills
·      Proven experience of strong desire to learn new skills.
