Role:                                Solutions Sales Trainer

Grade:                                B3/C1

Reporting to:                      Regional Training Manager

Summary of the role

Responsible for delivering Sales, Tools, Client, Enterprise and Services solutions trainings to Sales Agents in SMB commercial business.
Develop the sales agents skill set.
Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry as well as the competitive posture of the company and prepare activity and long term and short term benchmark reports as requested.
Assist in the development and implementation of the strategic training action plan for sales.
Effectively manage your workload.
Leverage resources of extended Sales team to effectively manage sales opportunities and customer expectations.
Adhere to (COMPANY NAME)'s processes and procedures.     

Key Metrics ( How will I be measured?)

Responsible for and shared ownership of the scheduling and delivery of all relevant and key sales training across assigned EMEA region, with primary accountability for

·        Sales New Hire Induction program
·        Outbound and Transition Training programs
·        Transactional Sales Training program
·        New Product Introduction and ongoing product training initiatives
·        Relationship Sales Training
·        Enterprise Induction Transactional  & Relationship Training programs

Deliver responses to ad-hoc training requirements as requests arise, including support to others on the training team in areas outside of areas of responsibility.

* Sale Agents experience and satisfaction ( surveys)
* Supplying the correct training program to inside sale agents
* Ability to partner with extended team to achieve overall core targets
* Facilitate agents to generate sales opportunities
* Productivity metrics   

Identification of Training Needs and Planning
·        Proactively identifying and plan key areas of focus and incorporate into upcoming training plans appropriate management to determine training requirements and results.
·        Work with the relevant people in the business to keep abreast of new products in order to ensure training material is relevant and current
·        Constantly review and manage the On the Job Training (OJT) and ensure all On the Job Trainers (OJT) are adequately briefed, trained and motivated.
·        Prepare all relevant tutor guides, flip pads, learning exercises, etc. in advance of all programs
·        Productivity Workshops:  Work with other trainers, Team Leaders to determine requirements for workshops on current initiatives as and when required
·        Keep up-to-date with training initiatives / methodology / materials in the wider arena through contact with counterparts throughout the organisation, conducting research into industry / professional organisations and attendance at relevant courses / seminars
·        Work closely with wider EMEA Training team on ongoing and new initiatives
·        Manage Transfer of Learning from training class to coach teams

Candidate Requirements:

Qualifications

reporting / administration / support activities
·        meet/work with the sales coaching function and virtual teams on an ongoing basis to act on any timeline issues or implement any required changes to the program
·        manage scheduling of all guest speakers and ad hoc trainers and ensure they are sufficiently prepared and briefed to deliver
·        maintain quality and timely monthly reports on all training organised and delivered, particularly in relation to evaluations, recommended changes, etc.
·        survey participants and gather post-program feedback and consolidate for use in advising program improvements
·        follow emea training roi measurement of all programs through tools, bpi and identified processes.
·        co-ordinate class materials, resources, arrangements and schedules for training
·        work with emea central training team to continuously assess and update all training material to ensure applicability and the smooth running of programs
·        ensure training rooms are in proper condition for use prior to and following training

key knowledge, skills and experience ( what skills do i need?)

·        relationship sales experience required (bsdr, ebd, ca, public, channel desirable)
·        sales coaching experience preferred
·        excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation and influencing skills
·        superior skill in presenting training materials, adapting materials from external sources, writing new materials and organizing/scheduling training required.
·        fluent in english - second language desirable
·        willing to travel on a regular basis to other (COMPANY NAME) business units within the emea region
·        high-level of it systems knowledge:  especially  sales tools,  ms office, etc.
·        must have a 2 quarters relationship sales experience
·        proven track record in achieving /exceeding core metrics .(quality focused)
·        excellent working knowledge of (COMPANY NAME)'s products , processes and procedures.
·        strong productivity metrics
·        strong influencing and inter-personal skills
·        consistent high purchase experience metrics and feedback
·        pro am and procoach certification preferred
