  In order to facilitate and stimulate our (future) management in their development we want to offer a Management Development Toolbox. Your assignment will be developing this toolbox by including all available tools we have in the organization. Implementation and communication of the toolbox will be part of your assignement

* You are in the final year of your studies;
* You are enthusiastic, and able to mobilize people;
* You have a proactive personality, and are not afraid to explore the organization;
* You are able to analyze information streams and you are able to filter out the most important information;
* You have excellent communication skills, both oral as in writing; (English and Dutch)
* You are able to work independently;
