Credit & Collection - In this role you will learn how to deal with customers from Credit and Collection Analyst position. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely payment of assigned client portfolios and to determine reasons for non-payment. You will build strong and long-lasting customer relationships, will be persistent in understanding the issues of nonpayment and will be able to address and to resolve those issues with support from specialists. You will establish and maintain a professional working relationship at multiple levels with multiple business partners
Candidate Requirements:
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for University graduates with Economical, Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Foreign languages, Engineering background.
At least 1 year of professional experience in customer support or contract management or participation in meaningful extra- curricular activities related to your chosen field make you a good candidate. Policy and procedure know how, business administration knowledge will be a big plus.
Excellent communication skills, proactive, customer oriented, positive attitude with the ability to work either independently or as part of a cross functional, multi cultural team is a must. You should have enthusiasm for change and passion for learning. Good problem solving skills, quality and details orientation and leadership potential are also key abilities.
Mandatory advanced German and English skills.
MS Office Suit knowledge (mainly Excel and Word) is a must while previous experience in customer support will be highly considered, but not mandatory
