Job Description:

This is a technical position in P&G's greenfield Haircare Manufacturing Facility.The new hair care plant in Urlati will start shipments in 2010.

Role : as a technical expert in a technology area of the new haircare production plant,
you coordinate the execution of all maintenance and improvement processes to deliver best results.

Responsibilities :
-          Develops technical mastery in all areas of the production technologies
-          Manage maintenance planning of a production line to maintain the right level of performance
                a.      Coaches the operating teams in the execution of maintenance plans
                b.      Takes ownership for the specialized maintenance tasks
-          Analyzes failure of equipment and manages improvement plans
-          Works with suppliers to optimize maintenance and spare parts processes
-          Leads the implementation of technical improvements in his/her area
-          Is an expert in control systems and develops improvements in this area
