Job Description:

The Raw Material (RM) Planner is a key person to manage material supply (all logistics related activities) in a way to minimize the losses in total Supply Chain. The purpose of his/her role is to ensure 100% Raw Material availability for production while minimizing the total cost for the company (Raw Materials Inventory, Remnants, Transportation cost), fully leveraging SAP potential.

The scope of this role is the short term (week 0-4) and mid term (week 5-12) RM planning for hair care products produced in Urlati. The Raw Material Planner is responsible for managing Raw Materials supply, Raw Materials Phase In/Phase Out within short and mid term period.

The Raw Material Planner interfaces regularly with Production Planners to understand changes in production plan and in case of supply issues works with external functions to develop and communicate an effective supply plan. S/He also interfaces directly with the suppliers, with the material development group and with purchasing

Candidate Requirements:

* General knowledge of logistics activities
* Technical mastery in computer systems: SAP knowledge is preferable, ability to develop own applications in Excel
* Excellent communication skills - both writing and verbal - in Romanian and in English
* Analytical and problem solving skills, creativity - required for system problems
* Able to work with huge amount of information coming from different sources in an extremely dynamic environment

* High personal reliability
