Job Description:

Tasks to be performed include 
* Using statistical and data mining methodology to analyse data stored in enterprise databases and data warehouses.
* Interpreting the business goal of the analysis, identifying the data required and the statistical methodology to be used.
* Participating in business intelligence (BI) project of which analytic tasks form a part.
* Participating in preparing data for analysis.
* Designing and carrying out the analysis, intepreting the results.
* Training of analytic methodologies and tools.
* Maintaining direct contact and co-operation with the customer
* Learning new methodologies, solutions and systems, sharing the knowledge

Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidate 
* Posesses a university or collage degree in Mathematics or Economics.
* Posesses a profound theoretical knowledge of mathematical statistics.
* Is able to apply the above knowledge in problem solving through regression models, decision trees and neural networks.
* Is customer-centric, thrives in customer contact situations.
* Is proficient in English, both written and oral.
* Is able to work as part of a team or as an individual
* Is motivated by constant learning, broadening professional knowledge.
* Experience in analytic customer relationship management (CRM) or risk management projects is an advantage.
* Experience in Business Intelligence or Database Querying and Reporting is an advantage.
* Knowledge of (COMPANY NAME) technology is an advantage
