Job Description:
In this position, you will be responsible for conducting wireless PHY algorithms design, development, modeling, and performance analysis. You will also be participating in the wireless communication system PHY and/or MAC prototype development
Candidate Requirements:
You should possess a relevant educational qualification with some knowledge of the wireless communications theory, Digital Signal Processing (DSP) theory, and statistical signal processing. Additional qualifications include:
- Familiarity with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) 802.11 and 802.16 standards
- Experience in Matlab* and/or C simulation of the physical layer of wireless communication systems
- Experience with DSP programming or RTL design would be an added advantage
