Principali responsabilità
Rispondere, idenficare e qualificare le richieste dei nostri client ed i loro bisogni al fine di indirizzare la chiamata o il fax al reparto di competenza.
Scopo
Gestione delle telefonate ed i fax indirizzati al team CMG

Role objectives
Receive, identify & qualify our customers and their needs in order to transfer the call or the fax to the correct department.
Dimension
Responsible for all calls and faxes directed to CMG

Candidate Requirements:

Profile del Candidato 
* Conscenza della lingua italiana. Conoscenza della lingua inglese desiderata
* Buone conoscenza informatica
* Instruzione superior o esperienza lavorativa in ruoli simili 
Experience & skills required 
* Fluent in Italian. English is appreciated
* Good computer knowledge
