Job Description:

General summary:

as a member of the emea recruitment team- hub sourcing, the trainee handles predominantly  internet research, the pre-screening process of the recruitment cycle (phone calls with the candidates, pre-screening selection) emea region wide.

main duties and responsibilities: 
* search the recruitment database and web based databases for relevant candidates
* provide quality pre-screening and selection service to hiring managers
* successfully achieve recruitment targets as defined by the recruitment consultant
* information storage and retrieval from the database of candidates (careers direct)
* to conduct research and the appropiate media to be used in areas like solutions, finance and legal. 
* to ensure we maximise the posting of our jobs externally on the appropiate job boards. 
* to conduct primary searches in the german, uk, ireland market with an emphasis on solutions. 
*  to ensure internal communication of roles is maximised via local newsletters and other media. 
* projects participation

Candidate Requirements:

* Fluent German and English language
* MS Excel and MS PowePoint skills
* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
* Recruitment/HR experience preffered
* Comunication and organization skills
* Able to work indepedently
* Ability to interact with people from a variety of different cultures and business areas  --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
