Job Description:
At (COMPANY NAME) we create solutions that help our clients automate their customer support. Some of our clients that use our solutions are IKEA, Swedish Customs and Vodafone. We have offices in Stockholm, Barcelona, Hamburg, Copenhagen and Paris and are about 100 employees. The office in Barcelona is situated close to Plaza Tetuan.
HELPDESK
We are currently looking for an intern to strengthen our Support team. We are offering an international environment and a nice working atmosphere. Tasks:
• Answer incident and user support requests in the helpdesk
• Solve simpler support requests
• Drive support tickets towards other internal departments
• Update support FAQs with provided solutions
• Continuously update clients with support ticket status
Candidate Requirements:
Required skills:
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Service minded
• Good social skills
• Technical computer education (networks, OS (windows or linux), webservers, databases)
Additional skills:
• Previous call center experience
• Development skills (Java, jsp, html, css, xml, sql)
• Driven and dedicated
To be a successful candidate you are self-motivated (work autonomously) as well as a good team player. Your work is well structured and thoroughly documented.
