Job Description:
Responsible for a variety of professional and analytical functions within the payroll function such as:
- Calculating and inputting monthly/weekly payroll data into the payroll system/database in accordance with statutory and contractual obligations and to pre-defined timescales
- Compiling data for analysis and reporting
- Processing and monitoring all staffing changes including starters, secondments, transfers, leavers and other amendments to salaries and employee data in compliance with policy and payroll requirements
- Inputting, calculating and recording of sickness payments both statutory and occupational
- Inputting, calculating and recording of maternity, paternity and adoption payments both statutory and occupational
- Researching and responding to payroll questions and inquiries
- Providing accurate payroll reporting
Candidate Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of working experience related with Human Resources (administration and payroll)
- Native or fluent Speaker of German
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and manage time based on business needs
- Excellent administration skills and good organization skills with attention to detail
- Advanced problem solving and resolution skills to include when to escalate and identify trends.
