Every (internal and external) customer contact is an opportunity to impress and improve sales. You'll provide a team of sales professionals the pre and post sales support to deliver best of breed products, solutions and services specifically addressed and customized for one of our main global accounts.

Responding to inquiries, advising on optimal solutions, contributing to competitive quotation you'll add strength to the whole sales process, building up our image and encouraging the sharing of knowledge. Moreover you'll be responsible of tracking and controlling all the deal addressed to this customer across all the Business Units and Route to Market.
You'll be the main contact and escalation point for this customer and for all internal queries related to it

Broad knowledge of administration, report generation and database input
Ability to work with minimum supervision

Excellent communication skills

Skills include:
Knowledge in IT Tools
Basic knowledge of general administrative/clerical processes
Knowledge of sales support processes (order tracking; quotations; configurations; product delivery & support)
