We currently have a vacancy for a HR Business Partner in our PPC (Propulsions and Controls) Division based in Vasteras.
Responsibilities & Duties
You will have HR responsibility with in the following functions; Engineering, Sales&Bids, Legal, Project Management and Controlling for a total of approximately 440 employees.
This role includes the total responsibility for all strategic and operational activities relating to Recruiting, Management and Competence Development, Performance Management as well as their implementation within the business unit.
You will also be responsible for the planning, implementation and follow up of Succession Planning and Talent Management.
In addition to the strategic parts above, you will also take full responsibility for other HR duties such as; coaching managers, salary revision, compensation & benefits, labour law, EHS topics, etc. The company has a HR Shared Service Centre, which take care of certain elements including recruitments and salary payments, allowing you to focus on being a Business Partner in your organization
Candidate Requirements:
Personal Qualifications:
You need to have relevant HR experience. We believe you have a background from industrial companies, working with both white and blue collar employees. You should have a proven track record in leading and driving HR business processes, such as succession planning and performance management. Experiences from working within a matrix organization are a plus. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both oral and written.
You need to be a business driven HR person where focus and understanding of the company's goals are of the greatest importance. You are well structuredbut with a flexible approach to problem solving, and determination to overcome obstacles. You have integrity and you are a strong communicator
