Job Description:

-          Manage and develop the Service Delivery Organization with a specific focus on operational excellence based on the existing organizational structure with
-                      Service Delivery
-                      Project Office
-                      Consulting & Systems Integration
-                      Implementation & support

-          Responsibility for the supply of the entire service portfolio to our customers in Switzerland
-          Profit & loss responsibility for the Service Delivery Department
-          Drive the cultural change, build up new competences and qualify the organization for the new service opportunities
-          Support the sales organization to execute on the already defined service sales strategy
-          Support the development of new business opportunities and models
-          Contribute in the creation of value prepositions to address new business segments
-          Increase the mental flexibility of the organization to deliver on the new requirements of our customers

Candidate Requirements:

-          University qualification or equivalent, preferably in economics or electronics
-          Experienced in managing an organization in a challenging market environment.
-          Capability to develop the organization into new service areas (i.e. MS, CSI)
-          Capability to support the sales organization and represent the company towards the customer
-          Strong personality to lead by example and secure the cultural change
-          Passion to establish a profitable and sustainable service business
-          Ambition to deliver high quality at acceptable costs due to efficient processes and methods
-          Fluent in German and English
