General Responsibilities
Reporting to the Capital Advisory Project Team Manager and working in close conjunction with the Front office and Clients Service Managers, the Project person is responsible collation and analysis of key Credit risk management data as well as the participation in the analysis, design and implementation of various initiatives in the Credit space.
Specific duties
v Collate Credit Risk management data from Private Bank and Corporate systems and produce specific reporting depending on the requirements of the business v Data Analysis - performing analysis on Credit data, interpreting results and making recommendations v Present findings, solutions and recommendations in a business - friendly way that identifies issues, explains causes, details business /client impact and build a business case and consensus for change; v Participation in the global initiatives, implementation of solutions, including testing. v Develop over a short time frame an in - depth knowledge of the current policies, workflows, system functionality. v Hands-on experience important to be able to understand the system functionality and work-flow processes. Provide back-up where required, day- to- day processing of credit approvals, payments , loans , documentation, covenant & special monitoring. Required skills
v Very good skills in Excel are a must v Dynamism, organizational and interpersonal skills are a must v Clear communicator (written/oral) across all levels and geographies. v High degree of analytical skills and compatibility with formulas. v Understand legal issues and be able to quickly develop business judgment and risk sensitivity v Demonstrated interest and knowledge in the financial / credit industry. v Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Profile
v Education: "Employee de Commerce" with CFC diploma or equivalent apprenticeship level, i.e. bank v Experience in a bank, or a finance/ accounting dept. would be an asset v Languages: English and French are mandatory, Spanish would be an asset v Holder of Swiss or European nationality or valid Swiss work permit
