direct prospector

direct prospector will generate and qualify leads identified by analytics and predictive marketing team through own measured client engagement activities for specified types of financial institutions and corporates globally. direct prospectors will perform this with next generation technology and prioritized prospect lists specialized by client type, and a world class channel marketing operation supporting your initiatives. direct prospector will be highly skilled in bringing the breadth of our firm to the customer.

key responsibilities: 
* effectively qualify prioritized leads across various financial institutions, client types and geographies with the use of custom analytics, crm data and predictive marketing data in order to upsell into existing accounts that may not have trm business or new potential customers
* ability to effectively qualify leads across multiple financial institutions, client types and geographies with the use of custom analytics, crm data and predictive marketing data in order to upsell into existing accounts with no trm business or new potential customers

Candidate Requirements:

* Bachelor degree
* Experience in working in a professional, institutional high volume lead generation operation
* Experience in working in a sales, training, or customer service environment with high inbound/outbound call volumes
* Experience in working at MNC within Financial Markets or Financial Services
* The ability to clearly articulate a 'business justification', 'what's in it for the client', obtain 'incremental gain' in order to qualify potential business opportunities
* Ability to provide clients with the best customer experience as possible via best practice and 'client first' interactions
* The ability to make a large number of calls to prospective clients per day and even with constant rejection, have the persistence and positive attitude to continue to in these efforts every day
* Customer focused, result driven, ability to collaborate accross boundaries, global thinking and innovative
