Job Description:
Main Repsonsibilities & Duties: · Assisting the Country Head Switzerland and his direct reports in meeting day-to-day servicing, administrative and organizational needs · Assisting the Sales and Marketing Team in preparing client calling programs, sales events, client meetings, sales presentation booklets for client meetings and presentations. · Organize business trips/meetings for the entire team · Set up and coordinate conference calls · Send information material to clients · Prepare introduction program for new employees · Help to ensure proper communication between the teams in Zurich and Geneva · Back up for the reception (switchboard) · General correspondence in German , English, (French)
Skills: · Knowledge of investment products and/or asset management · Ability to easily adjust to different culture and adapt to different environment · Ability to act independently with attention to detail · Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to juggle multiple priorities · Articulate with excellent interpersonal skills (team player) · Complete fluency in both written and spoken English and German required. Good French skills would be an asset · Excellent writing skills · Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Products
Candidate Requirements:
· Commercial apprenticeship or 'Handelsschule', preferably in a bank · At least 2 years working experience in a bank
