The Challenge 
* Optimization of Purchasing / Supply Chain processes and contracts globally in order to source third party material at optimal cost, quality and service level
* Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing global sourcing strategy as to optimize total cost of ownership (TCO)
* Ensure contract implementation in a way that optimizes contracts in view of (COMPANY NAME) / DNP compliance policies and continuously improve supplier performance
* Contribute actively to Business Purchasing Plan by developing and implementing global saving opportunities. Report status of saving initiatives on a regular basis
* Develop and manage relationship with strategic suppliers and track their performance
* Support the regional / local premix buyers and be accountable for cross-functional team management within the spend area responsibility
* Monitor the strategy implementation of the assigned lead purchasing products / companies
* Oversee the development and execution of strategies through the strategic sourcing methodology and the process to select key suppliers for the specific spend area

Candidate Requirements:

The Ideal 
* Advanced qualifications in business administration, engineering or other relevant discipline
* In depth knowledge of the assigned lead purchasing products / companies and premix business in ANH and HNH
* Recognized qualification in Purchasing is an asset
* Substantial professional experience (min. 5 years) in the same functional domain or other senior management position, working at international level
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Other languages are an asset, particularly Spanish
