Job Description:

Product Supply Manufacturing is responsible for every aspect of product making and is recognized as an industry leader for the development of innovative production Systems and Technologies. Manufacturing has far-reaching responsibilities which cover reliability, quality, safety of our equipment /processes and the motivation of the people working in the plant.

Our engineers are responsible for improving manufacturing/product supply, process, and engineering technologies for our world-class consumer products delivery. There are few major functions in the Product Supply: Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality Assurance and Logistic. 

You will become part of one of then and integrated into a multifunctional team from your very first day on the job and work on your very own project part.  Your manger with technical mastery in your field of activity, will give you the best assistance, guiding you through your period of practical training with experience and advice. You will receive all necessary trainings depending on your assignment during on boarding period to insure your success in professional development and growth.

Responsibilities may include: 
* Control of production process in terms of productivity/reliability/safety and our product quality
* Analyze production figures and provide plans for it's improvement
* Lead production/engineering/logistic(depends on department) processes improvement projects
* Be single point accountability for the project team to deliver the project scope at cost, time and quality.
* Coordinate purchases of the equipment and major spare parts according the business need

Candidate Requirements:

* Higher Degree (Engineering)
* Good command of  English, Ukrainian/Russian
* Excellent communication and analytical skills
* Skilled computer user (MS office programs as a  must, CAD programs as a plus)  Our contacts
