Programme Description Our Intern opportunities have been developed to get the most out of the best undergraduates by giving you the opportunity to gain experience and exposure across many of HP's businesses.
Based out of Bracknell, our UK headquarters, we have work placement positions in the following areas, Marketing, Marketing Communications, Sales, Finance, Business, HR and Technical areas. We also have a couple of roles in our Sales office in Wood Street, London.
Throughout your time as an intern with HP you will receive great training, support and mentoring from world class professional, all tailored to your needs.

Candidate Requirements:
Qualifications Education Potential interns must have a sound education record and expect to gain a minimum 2.1 degree classification.
Experience Understanding of Microsoft office is vital. Good communication skills are paramount along with some work experience or participation in meaningful extra-curricular activities related to your chosen field. Applicants should also be able to demonstrate an understanding of the IT industry.
Skills We're looking for people with strong commercial skills who can challenge the way things are done and are keen to explore new solutions. A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work either independently or as part of a cross functional, multi cultural team is a must. Your organisational skills will be second to none, combined with accuracy, initiative and fluent English. You should be creative with an enthusiasm for change and a passion for learning. Good problem solving skills are also key.
Eligibility In addition to the above educational requirements, applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and be available to commence employment during early July 2009.
