Department Description:
The Collateral Management (CM) business of (COMPANY NAME) Worldwide Securities Services (WSS) division manages collateral balances in excess of $200bn with annual global revenues well in excess of $70million.

CM is one of the fastest growing business lines in (COMPANY NAME) WSS and over the past 3 years has consistently beat revenue and profitability expectations. With strong business and product management disciplines in place, this growth is expected to continue well into the future.
Within Collateral Management, there are three main product lines Securities Collateral Management (SCM); Derivatives Collateral Management (DCM); and Cash Collateral Management (CCM).

In 2005, CM launched its first to market Derivative Collateral Management product line, known as (COMPANY NAME) CommanD, with aggressive growth and revenue plans in place to capitalize on a first move advantage.

Key Responsibilities
The Global Product Development Team sits at the heart of the business and work alongside the Global Product Management Team. Collectively the Product team is responsible for applying management, project and finance disciplines to set the global strategic agenda, deliver product development initiatives and manage the consequent financial impact.

As a key member of the global product development team supporting the (COMPANY NAME) Collateral Management service, the London based Product Development Manager will: 
* Take ownership for identifying and implementing solutions for business problems (both from a technology and operational process re-engineering perspective) of varying complexity.
* Client Deployment planning and coordination for all client facing components of the GCE and Client Facing Initiatives.
* Apply strong project management disciplines in planning resolution strategies and ensuring solutions are delivered within agreed timeframes and costs.
* Liaise with and co-ordinate partner groups - technology, operations, QA/testing, legal, tax, product, sales, client managers - to ensure effective delivery of solutions.
* Generate regular update reports to inform all stakeholders of progress; highlight risks and mitigation strategies and costs.  About (COMPANY NAME) Worldwide Securities Services

Candidate Requirements:

* Ability to develop product strategy to support the sales and marketing effort
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain close working relationship with sales, customer service, product delivery managers, technology and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product profitability
* Excellent at making verbal and written presentations
* Strong in using MS Project, Excel and Access
* Information Technology literate  Experience (Required) 
* Experience of Project lifecycle
* Ability to demonstrate track record of delivery of complex projects in dynamic environment  Experience (Nice to Have) 
* Knowledge of securities financing markets
* Experienced in the Collateral Management arena  Qualifications: 
* BA degree or equivalent required, MBA or equivalent desired
* Project Management Qualification e.g. PMP, Six Sigma or equivalent
