We are currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator.

As Sales Coordinator your main responsibilites are: to provide administrative support to the Sales Team; ensures an efficient communication within the department and participates in meetings as required; compiles reports as necessary; ensures a clean, tidy work area that meets health and safety regulations; manages sales team's diary; assist in the design & compilation of PowerPoint presentations; performs in a customer focused manner where our clients and guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition; handles all individual guest room bookings/requests via the Sales Team; administers the Sales budget and purchase order process; assists the Director of Sales and Director of Marketing to ensure a collaborative approach to running an efficient office.

Candidate Requirements:

* Previous experience in a hotel Sales operations is desirable. 
* Candidates must have excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language. Additional languages a plus. 
* Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint knowledge 
* Knowledge of Opera and Delphi software is a plus 
* Must have the drive and passion to succeed at the highest level in order to ensure InterContinental London Park Lane becomes a renowned establishment
