Job Description:
WSS Client Access Group is responsible for leading the client facing technology product strategy and execution for Worldwide Securities Services. (COMPANY NAME) Access browser based platform and systems interfaces are a competitive differentiator for new business acquisition and critical for efficient electronic exchange of information. J.P. Role: As Client Access Product Management for Global Fund Services (GFS), you will collaborate with business and technology specialists to create a strategic vision for a "best in class" client facing product across fund accounting, institutional accounting and investment operations services globally, and the detailed product development roadmap to achieve that vision. Your role will include understanding business and client needs as well as competitive capabilities and technology solutions available, to create clearly differentiated client access capabilities that are recognized as leading our industry. A proven ability in product management, definition & execution of on-line strategies and solutions, together with deep knowledge of fund services are essential credentials required to succeed in the role.
Responsibilities : * Develop a strategic vision for the product, that is a market leader and meets both client & business needs. * Develop a client access product roadmap for global funds services across multiple electronic channels while considering many in flight projects and new business onboarding. * Determine business goals and requirements across reporting, initiation and self-service aligned with business architecture and new business goals. * Prioritize needs and investments based upon product company priorities, sales and relationship insight, client feedback, competitive positioning and industry research. * Manage expectations of internal business partners and clients concerning product capabilities and new product development deliverables. * Establish, track and report on client and user metrics, project deliverables and client satisfaction for GFS globally. * Develop and deliver external communications that generate industry recognition for our capabilities. * Inform and advise business teams how to best utilize evolving electronic channel capabilities and products to achieve operating efficiency, brand differentiation and revenue growth. * Manage global Client Access team
Candidate Requirements:
Qualifications: * Experience in product management * A track record of defining and successful delivery of new solutions from concept to launch and rollout. * Deep knowledge and credibility within the fund services industry. * Current understanding and ongoing interest in technology solutions within the industry * Strong team leadership skills with experience leading and influencing virtual teams comprised of technology, business and third party entities across regions. * Excellent cross-functional collaboration and relationship building skills. * Superior written and presentation communication skills with emphasis on sales and executive presentations. * Execution orientated, results driven and strong desire to be number one. * MBA
