Job Description:

We are looking to hire a highly talented Analyst to be part of the delivery team working with one of our Airline revenue management products - Sabre AirVision Revenue Manager. This product is a best-of-breed solution supporting the entire range of revenue management applications including reservations data collection, off-line data collection, forecasting, overbooking, optimization, performance measurement and reporting. As part of this team you would be involved with a wide range of tasks focused primarily around scoping, implementation and training with both new and existing customers.

The key deliverables for this role would be focused around the following;

* Conduct detailed analysis of complex questions and issues raised by customers relating to the suite of revenue management products
* Work collaboratively in a team environment with project managers, implementation and development resources to meet customer expectations regarding new system implementations and the resolution of service incidents
* Review, update and maintain system parameters to ensure correct system implementation and functionality
* Reviews results of system initiation to ensure system profiles are correctly generated
* Test system output through both manual and automated scripts to ensure optimal system performance
* Test results of forecasting and optimization programs
* Develop documents and presentations that explain functionality and existing models associated with the AirMax products, with the target audience including internal Development and Delivery resources as well as external airline customers
* Visit customer sites as required to conduct scoping studies, train end users on the products and address questions relating to the product and its use in the business environment

Candidate Requirements:

* Degree educated or higher
* Experienced in complex data analysis for large projects
* Experienced in the use of SQL, Unix, SAS & Optimisation
* Extensive knowledge of MSAccess and Excel
* Travel sector experience highly valued
