What you'll need as a Business Systems Analyst
The success of everyone at Barclays is measured by their ability to put our customers at the centre of their day. To do that in this role, you'll need a consulting background and an advanced knowledge of business analysis methodologies. We're not expecting an IT whizz, rather someone who has a general understanding of technology and knows what kind of impact it can have on a global organisation ( no doubt, a Technology degree will be a big help ). The ability to influence people at all levels is also crucial, making strong presentation and communication skills a must. On top of that, we're expecting someone who shows initiative and can tackle problems creatively.
