IHF is a small grassroots organization which offers free classes for and financial assistance to students (through sponsorships) for the poorest children of Bali. Our organisation is almost entirely run by volunteers from around the world. This structure allows everyone involved to feel part of a family with a common cause. It also means that 100% of donations are spent solely on the needs of our children. Your monthly salary is representative of this organisational structure. USD 160 per month is generally equal to a basic local wage. No one within IHF earns above this rate.
